1. Natural rubber (latex)
Natural rubber latex gloves are usually unlined and come in a variety of styles, including clean and sterile styles. These gloves can provide effective protection against alkalis, alcohols and a variety of chemical diluted aqueous solutions, and can better prevent the corrosion of aldehydes and ketones.
2. PVC gloves
Gloves contain no allergens, no powder, low dust content, low ion content, strong chemical corrosion resistance, almost all chemical dangerous goods can be protected, and also has anti-static performance. The thickened and treated surface (such as rough surface) can also prevent general mechanical wear, and the thickened type can also prevent cold. The service temperature is - 4 ℃ to 66 ℃. It can be used in dust-free environment.
Classification standard for PVC gloves:
Grade A, no holes on the surface of the gloves (PVC gloves with powder). The powder quantity is uniform and no obvious powder. The color is transparent and milky white, without obvious ink spots and impurities. The size and physical properties of all parts meet the requirements of customers.
Grade B: slight stains, 3 small black spots (1 mm ≤ diameter ≤ 2 mm), or a large number of small black spots (diameter ≤ 1 mm), deformation, impurities (diameter ≤ 1 mm), yellow color, serious nail marks, cracks, and the size and physical properties of each part do not meet the requirements.
3. PE gloves
PE gloves are disposable gloves made of polyethylene. It has the functions of waterproof, oil proof, anti bacteria, acid and alkali resistance. Tips: Generally speaking, PE gloves can contact food and are non-toxic; PVC gloves should not contact food, especially food with high heat.
4. Nitrile rubber gloves
Nitrile rubber gloves are usually divided into disposable gloves, medium-sized unlined gloves and light lined gloves. These gloves can prevent the erosion of grease (including animal fat), xylene, polyethylene and aliphatic solvents; It also prevents most pesticide formulations, which are commonly used in the use of biological ingredients and other chemicals. Nitrile rubber gloves do not contain protein, amino compounds and other harmful substances, and rarely cause allergy. Silicon free, antistatic, suitable for electronic industry. The surface chemical residue is low, the ion content is low, and the particle content is small, which is suitable for the strict clean room environment.
5. Neoprene Gloves
Similar to the comfort of natural rubber, the chloroprene rubber gloves are resistant to light, aging, bending, acid and alkali resistance, ozone resistance, combustion resistance, heat resistance and oil resistance.
6. Butyl rubber gloves
Butyl rubber is only used as the material of medium-sized unlined gloves, and can be used in glove box, anaerobic tank, incubator and operation box; It has super durability to fluoro acid, aqua regia, nitric acid, strong acid, strong base, toluene, alcohol, etc.
7. Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) gloves
Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) can be used as a material for medium-sized lined gloves, so the gloves can provide a high level of protection and corrosion resistance against a variety of organic chemicals, such as aliphatic, aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, fluorocarbons and most ketones (except acetone), esters and ethers.
