Cleaning the hand film: wash the residue and dirt on the ceramic hand film with soapy water and bleach, then clean the hand mold thoroughly with a rotary brush, rinse it with hot water and hang it to dry.
Coating synthetic solution: immerse the hand mold into a container filled with nitrile, heat it at high temperature, and then dry the glove.
Glove curling: rub latex gloves with a roller brush to form curling. Crimping is convenient for gloves to be put on and off.
Chlorine washing and polymer coating: the nitrile gloves will be treated by chlorine washing or polymer coating after being made, which is the key step to ensure that the gloves are easy to put on and off. Chlorine washing can make gloves more soft and smooth; The polymer coating is attached to the gloves to make them more lubricated.
Peel off gloves: use automatic stripping machine to separate gloves from hand mold.
Testing: quality control process method, from the standards of American Society for testing and materials (ASTM) and the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Puncture resistance test, wear resistance test, corrosion resistance test, breaking force test value, gram weight and pinhole test. The test follows the AQL standard and the qualified gloves will be left behind.
